Rezumat | ||||||
Every child, including one with special educational needs, has the right to education. The purpose of inclusive education is to respond to all the learning needs of all children, especially of those at risk of marginalization and exclusion. For these reasons, education shall give all children the right to live a full life, in line with their moral, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, empirical, social, physical, aesthetic, imaginative and other abilities. |
