In this paper, research was conducted on the evaluation of the influence of the biologically active preparation - ZooBioR, on the reproduction and production indices of sows. Sows in the experimental group, in addition to the basic ration, they were given ZooBioR 5 ml head / day during the second gestation period and 10 days after parturition. The results of the research demonstrated the effectiveness of the administration of the biologically active preparation. At birth, in the control group (CG) 12 live piglets were obtained, and in the experimental group (EG) - 13. The live weight of a piglet at birth in CG was on average 1.4 kg and in EG - 1.7 kg. At 21 days, the live weight of a piglet was 6.20 kg for CG and 6.95 kg for EG. Supplementing the basic ration of sows in the second gestation period and 10 days after birth with the ZooBioR preparation of 5 ml head / day will make a real contribution to streamlining the process of reproduction and production in pig breeding.
