The aim of this work was to study the digestibility and use of nutrients of compound feed when included in the diet of laying hens with different levels of triticale (from 20 to 36%), including in the composition of triticale-soy and triticale-sunflower extrudates. The results of physiological experiments showed that the inclusion of 20% triticale in the diet is optimal for laying hens, since it did not affect the digestibility of the main feed nutrients. An increase in the triticale content in feed to 36% negatively affected its availability for birds, reducing the digestibility of protein by 2.4%, fat by 8.6% and calcium absorption by 0.8%, phosphorus by 2.5%. The use of extruded triticale with sunflower or soybeans in the diet of laying hens significantly improved the digestibility indicators - protein by 4.2-6.5%, nitrogen by 2.4-3.1%, calcium by 5.8-6.3%. In this case, the maximum utilization of feed nutrients proved for inclusion in the diet of triticale-sunflower extrudate. The results obtained indicate the neutralization of the anti-nutritional factors of triticale when extruded with sunflower or soybeans, which makes it possible to increase its content in the diet of poultry up to 36%.
