Rezumat

„Giant companies with headquarters in the developed countries have set up factories, plants, mines and ofices in the Third World countries. Firms like these, which operate in many countries, are known as intetrnational companies, Sometimes they are called multinational companies and they are wealthier than many countries in the Third World. With such wealth as this, Southern countries have tried hard to attract these companies. They can bring much-needed foreign money, they can introduce new technlogy, they can help the South develop. Rcently, Orange, a big telecomunicational company, have moved part of their business to Republic of Moldova. The impact of this decision upon our economy and cociety will be a positive one. ”
