Meeting the complex objectives that front the higher education according to the Bologna’s requirements concerns also modernization of teacher-student relationship. This is the must important point in teaching quality. An updated concept regarding the pedagogical attitude doesn’t exclude but supposes the teacher’s authority, but this concept is not seen as a way of student’s obedience but becomes a cognitive authority. Modernization of teacher-student relationship supposes the extension of the status of the both poles teacher and student with the same responsibilities that facilitates a real collaboration and cooperation between them. There are four aspects of the collaboration technology:personalized – humanitarian student’s approach; a formative – developed didactic set; educational concept. Personalized – humanitarian student’s approach contemplates to humanize and democratize pedagogical relations and forming the student’s Ego – concept. Human approach and democratization foresee: student optimistic confidence; the communication and the dialogue with the student; tolerance toward drawbacks; equity between teacher and student; student’s rights to opinion; student’s rights to vote. |
