Rezumat

It was investigated the influence of rootstocks on the growth and development of leaf surface, and maintenance of plastids pigments (chlorophyll a and b, and carotenoids) in leaves of grafting grape plants during vegetation. It is established, that at a grafting of table grape varieties Loose Perlette and Monukka on vigorous rootstocks 44-53M and B×R 5 BB, in comparison with moderate (B×R SO4) and low (R×R 101-14) vigor stocks observe increase of number leaves and leaf surface in 1,1-1,4 times. It is shown, that during vegetation the maximum accumulation in leaves of chlorophylls is observed in phases of flowering and growth of berries, in a phase of maturing of berries and with the termination of vegetation it decreases. In the vegetation beginning (phases of flowering and growth of berries) the maintenance of green pigments raises at an grafting on low and moderate vigor stocks, in the subsequent phases (maturing of berries) higher content of chlorophyll in leaves is observed on vigorous rootstocks.
