Discrepancy of a level of development of labour potential of the youth to criteria of modern competitive struggle, weak readiness of the future experts to self-expression in new conditions reduces a level of competitiveness of young specialists. Professional educational institutions are obliged to prepare specialists in strict conformity with requirements of the state educational standards which not always and not to the full meet to requirements of employers. Inertness of educational system is not in time behind rapid development of economy and the market, letting out noncompetitive youth. Cardinal changes in an education system and its pushing to a real market situation are necessary, especially effective cooperation between business and institutions of higher education to measure employers` expectations versus young specialists` performance.
