Discussions about ideological elements in economics have been conducted since XIX century. They affect a number of issues: the nature of ideology and its impact on economic thought, the place of values in economic analysis, the distinction between positive and normative economic theory, the relationship between facts and their evaluation. The root of all these questions that unlike natural phenomena socio-economic reality imbued with values. This applies to the position of the economist, who can hardly be considered as a subject, standing outside this reality, as an independent and disinterested observer.
