The article describes the background of emergency. The necessity of their ecological and economic evaluation. Evaluation aims at increasing the efficiency of the mechanism to compensate the effects of manmade disasters. We prove that the nature of the emergency response depends on the peculiarities of doing business in the region. For example, the Odessa region considered spatial patterns during emergencies. Environmental and economic evaluation, emergency, man-made disasters, Odessa region, anthropogenic factor, regional differences. |
