Rezumat | ||||||
Based on forensic examinations, the parasites Anizakis and Pseudoterranova were described, and also the diagnostic signs and the methods applied for the determination of these helminthic pathogens in fish and marine fishery products. The intensity of the invasion and location of the larvae in the organs and tissues of the studied fish species was determined - on the serous membranes of the abdominal cavity, which amounted to 10-12 larvae per fish specimen; liver - 3-5 units; gonads - 8-9 specimens; intestinal mesentery 9-14 specimens; muscle tissue - from 1-4 to 9-16 specimens. Physico-chemical and biological studies of fish affected by larvae with their location in muscle tissue (mainly in the abdominal and back muscles) with variable intensity of invasion (from 1-4 to 9-16 specimens) led to the finding of a degree high putrefaction, pH change, the presence of rancid odor, opaque liquid, low quality of fish meat that negatively influences human health. |
