T he protection of the alcoholic
beverages may be carried out as in
the form of product protection and in the
form of the protection of a process for
preparation thereof, where the claims
representing a group of the unitary
inventions, the product and the process
for preparation thereof, constituting
subjects of the independent claims.
It is obvious a fact that the alcoholic
beverages are specific objects for the
protection and require protection for the
national producers. |
