The artistic creation as a form of human spiritřs manifestation is in the most organic and profound way linked to the freedom, the creating act being the ultimate expression of the absolute human liberation. The free development of the creating process depends on the circumstances, intrinsic and extrinsic conditions of the artistřs existence. The evolution of the Romanian painting in the European context during 1960-1980 is analyzed in this work in terms of societyřs restrictions / opening to the freedom. |
