Without a specific regulatory document on the status, accreditation, trainer's accreditation methodology we point out the instances identified in our research, being able to provide only a relatively eclectic landscape, primarily determined by the absence of a system for the accreditation of trainers as well as autonomy and diversity training organizations, but also by the fact that the function training is often the complimentary one (teacher, psychologist, counselor etc.). According to representatives of training providers, a possible solution would be the professionalisation of the civil trainer, for whom it is strictly necessary to develop some trainer status according to some occupational training standards. |
