The speed and efficiency that the organs of criminal investigation that work to combat crimes is not only an essential condition for sanctioning offences of criminals, but an important factor for preventing these offences and protect the fundamental values , strength the trust of citizens in life security, integrity and rights. As science and technique are used by criminals for improving means and the process of committing offences for its prevention and immediate discovering , become more necessary the activity of the organs of criminal investigation as organs by specialty and successful using of the most improved methods for fight against criminal action. In this case criminal investigation has as object the collecting of necessary samples related to the existence of criminal actions, also to identify the offenders and to set them to liability, for setting if there is case to send it to the court. This article has as purpose to represent different doctrinal opinions on the accusation subject as a central and essential activity in process of setting the truth in criminal cause and its classification.
