| Rezumat | ||||||
In the process of harmonization of the national legislation with the international standards
and the communitary aquis, the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) in the
frame work of the TACIS project, started in 2004, at the support of the European Union
experts, elaborated a draft on amendments introduced in the legislation in the field of
patents, trademarks, industrial designs, appellations of origin, geographical indications
and traditional speciality guaranteed. Afterwards, there will be harmonized the legislative
acts in the field of plant varieties, author right and related rights, as well as performed
regulations on the application of said laws. |
