Cuticle of Gala apple cultivar under different storage conditions. In the paper were analyzed the changes in the structure of the cuticle and epicuticular wax deposits from apple fruit of cv. Gala (Malus domestica Borkh.) during storage in a regular atmosphere and controlled atmosphere. It was established the features of the formation and dynamics of micro-cracks in the cuticle at various modes of storage of the fruit. |
