Rezumat

Testing of the milking equipment assumes also the control of milking parameters and vacuum systems that allow estimating the overall performance of milking machines in an operating mode. For this purpose, it is necessary to have additional control points of testing, both in the milking units, and in certain milking lines. For the mentioned testing it is supposed to use at the same level with known devices (such as MT-52, PTIV, VPR 100, etc. [7]), the measuring device of parameters control of the milking equipment EXITEST-3. It is equipped with an artificial teat sensor (ATS), and also portable sensors of pressure, the vacuum gage, an air flow meter, and others. ATS allows registering and estimating the basic parameters of milking machines by immersing it at a teat cup, imitating the process of milk flow ejection. ATS also allows estimating the integrated impact of liner on udder teats, especially on a teat tip. Continuous control of vacuum level in the mouthpiece chamber, directly under a teat and other parts of the milking machine in an operating mode is thus exercised. Besides, ATS allows estimating the rigidity and the moment of liner closing without dismantling the teat cups.
