Public property is subject to a circuit of its component goods, meaning that it 1) can be transmitted between holders and 2) can be the object of the contract. Based on the legislation provisions of the Republic of Moldova, which is not very generous at this matter, the publicly owned property (or property of public domain) can be transmitted from the state to the administrativeterritorial unit, from the administrative-territorial unit to the state and from an administrative-territorial unit to another administrative-territorial unit. On the other hand, being inalienable, public property can be given into administration and / or rented, it may also be concessioned, leased and / or put into use free of charge (gratuitous) under the law. |
