The publication describe the feasibility of incorporation of multi-ethnic structure of population of the territories Euroregion "Upper Prut" to the agenda of meetings of the governing institutions. The author has analyzed the ethnic structure of the territories on the basis of the latest census in Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova and Romania. This publication includes an excerpt from bilateral agreements and statutory documents Euroregions that govern the interaction of government on the protection of ethnic communities. |
