| Rezumat | ||||||
The article gives a comparative analysis of the inventive activity in the periods 1963-1992
and 1993-2005.06.01 in the field of agriculture (IPC class A01) as well as in the related
fields (A21-A24, B02, B65, C12, C13). It was also analyzed the distribution of the protection
titles according to the main patent owners.
It was analyzed the weak points of the actual inventive process and was proposed certain
ways of improvement and stimulation of the inventive activity. |
