| Rezumat | ||||||
The author examines the problems relating to the protection of archeological sites MSSR (1944-1991). The author believes that the failure of laws to protect archaeological sites has been determined the specifics of the communist totalitarian regime in the URSS: the planned economy was inefficient and did not contribute to the allocation of sufficient financial resources for the protection of monuments. Lowering the level of protection of monuments of history and culture in the URSS was determined careless attitude to the archaeological sites of the whole generation, in the spirit of intolerance towards genuine national history and culture. |
