Rezumat | ||||||
One of the most important components in an organization is psychosocial climate. The organizational climate is a key to understanding the phenomenon of ways how the internal collective environment influences opinions, attitudes and behaviors on its members. Also through the subjective experiences of the members of the group we can understand the dynamics of organization. Organizational climate has an important role in the performance of an organization. In experimental research we focused on organizational climate in a commercial bank, verifying the following assumption: organization climate is linked with communicative skills of employees, communicative persons appreciate the organizational climate more favorable; there are gender differences in the perception of psychosocial climate and in dominant strategies of psychological defense. |
