Rezumat

Managing emotions and feelings, their psychological analysis, has a great impact on the integrity of personality development in the context of lifelong learning. A variety of theories and concepts were employed to describe and explain nature, typology and operation of feelings and emotions in personality development. To a considerable extent, emotional-affective processuality may be intercepted in describtion of their emotional development and management of the adolescents. Age teenage frames a time when emotions’ influence on the spiritual life is more highlighted. Behind every teenager feeling there is always a need which is satisfied or not. Management of your own feelings is about identifying emotions and expressing the needs, values and expectations that they have at some time in an honest manner, open so that neither they nor others are not harmed. In the context of lifelong learning psychological assistance may opt for emotional intelligence development in adolescents by creating a working group. The working group focused on developing skills related to emotional intelligence can provide a fairly effective way by which the parent, the teenager may have access to emotional life and the development of skills related to managing those emotions and feelings.
