Contemporary Theory and Practice emphasize the fact that organizations and groups need leaders. The authority’s influence within the military staff at the contemporary period of the community development is extremely high, especially at the organization and the military staff formation stage, taking into account that the leader-officer, who has full authority, can lay the foundation for staff development, who in their turn will become the subject of educating the young soldier on the background of the entire staff. |
