Rezumat

In modern conditions legal price control is one of key factors of economic stability and further growth of economy. Today perhaps each citizen of our state felt on himself increase in prices for goods and services, and also their consequences. Therefore legal stimulation of the price to optimum border is one of means of decrease in social tension in society, increase of welfare of each citizen of our state, balancing of economic processes at the level of the state. Pricing always was and remains a hot topic for scientists as the price is one of basic tools which regulates a social production, activity of the enterprises and various branches. By means of the price as lever public production and economic system the economic relations of the state are formed. One of the priority areas of work of the government is achievement of price stabilization in domestic market, questions of quality and reliability of monitoring is in the center of attention of the Government, the central and local authorities, mass media and societies in general. The price situation in regions according to monitorings was regularly analyzed. Specified on the one hand testifies that work in this direction is important and necessary, and on the other hand imposes heavy responsibility. As a research objective studying of system of the prices, definition of the bodies having appropriate authority and mechanisms of price control, prospects of their activity, and also search of ways of improvement of system of regulation of pricing acts.
