The submissions author considers topical issues of termination of individual employment contracts in connection with the liquidation of the company in connection with the downsizing or staff employees. Taking into account the scientific and theoretical research by the authors revealed the contradictions and conflicts in the legislation governing the dismissal in connection with the liquidation of the company in connection with the downsizing or staff employees. The most important are the conclusions and proposals that will improve the rules governing dismissal in connection with the liquidation of the company in connection with the downsizing or staff employees. |
