This article aims to analyze the current situation of the third sector in Moldova, emphasizing the needs of NGOs, their activity’s vectors and their future development prospects. We intended ,,to diagnose” the level of activity and productivity of NGOs working in the field of Education and Youth. We have also made some recommendations to develop more sustainable nonprofit sector. Our study is based on extensive factual material and on the following instruments of empirical research: analysis of documents is the empirical method that was used in researching the legal framework for the operation of NGOs in Moldova, the research of studies and reports on the development of the NGO sector in Moldova and of activities carried through this nongovernmental sector.It needs a great socializing strategy default constant communication with the entire society and disseminating the output of associative sector approach that encompasses the preparation of this study.
