This article aims to highlight the role of training that is the key element of the modernization of the state and the modernization of government in spite of the political, economic and social very different imperative joint is necessary: administrations equalized, efficient, responsible, with a professional civil service, recruited and trained by its ability to meet the needs of society. Through training, the official proposes to obtain and / or update some specific skills necessary for the efficient performance of his duties in the public service.
