The strategy of creating the cognitive model for restoration an image assumes application of elements of the model simulation method. Application of the simulation method is preexplicated by the cognitive model of the exterior medium cognition. The main aspects of the model method consist in using the basic categories of the cognition theory: object, object’s characteristics, object’s sensible image, formal object’s name, object’s class, object’s bonds, and object’s function. Such basic categories allow determining the succession of the actions in order to create the cognitive model as well as structure, elements and bonds of the universal cognitive image restoring model having an applicative character for restoration the large spectrum of polyobject scenes images.
