So long as the soil will remain the principal means of satisfaction of the growing requirements of the society for alimentation, clothing, raw materials and other products necessary for existence thereof, there will also exist the increasing necessity for soil. This fact implicitly involves radical changes in the natural ecosystems, re ected by the modi cations of the external conditions in uencing on the processes of solting, re ected in the soil production capacity. Nowadays such requirements for soil cover are executed, as a rule, without maintenance of a balance in the natural environment systems and the antropic ones, that brings about some processes of accelerated degradation of the soil and depreciation of the environment quality.
