Study of the process for plant regeneration in vitro is an important and actual problem in the
contemporaneous genetic investigations dedicated to corn. The analysis of the numerous data stated
in the specialized literature shows us on the complexity of the above process. Thus, there were illustrated
the particularities of the somatic calusogenesis, embryogenesis and of the corn F1 hybrid
regeneration processes. The obtained results may be used in the elaboration of new ef cient methods
for regenerated plant obtaining. |
