Rezumat

The method of destruction of the material structure by laser cutting is a simple and easy operable process, in which small particles of different sizes are formed in the technological gas flow from the melt. The particles of small dimensions can be applied in the production of ferroliquids and lubricating suspensions [1]. In the study the process of generation of ferromagnetic micro-nanoparticles is discussed applying a solid state laser, when the particles are selected in the gas flow. The size of generated particles is between some hundred of microns and tens of nanometers. The large particles are further milled obtaining nanometer sizes with the mechanical ball mill. The advantages of applying the planetary ball mill for decreasing the size of larger particles are discussed. During the milling depending on the particle use and by adding particles of other materials the output can be easily changed and materials of new structure and composition can be synthesized. These materials in the form of suspensions are applied in hydro systems, tribology and medicine. The scheme of the particle generation and selection in the gas flow is shown in Fig. 1.figureFig.1. Block scheme of equipment applied for laser cutting and selection of particles: 1- laser, 2- mirror, 3 objective, 4 - chamber, 5 - cyclone equipment and 6 - buffer filter (I cascade), 7 - synthetic filter (II cascade), 8 - AFA filter (III cascade.), 9 - super fine synthetic filter (IV cascade), 10 - pump.
