The purpose of this research is to analyze the possibility of cooperation between central public authorities and the institutions of university education through informational technologies and communications. This paper aims to highlight the importance of the necessity to develop the collaboration of above mentioned institutions by ITC. A good example of a potential collaboration between Ministry of Finances of Republic of Moldova and an university with an economic profile is to implement a management information system as a replica of the DMFAS programme for students. |
