We live in a period in which the quality of teachers - learning process is continuously growing. This is due to the new informational technologies, which are used during the lessons. Although the economical and financial situation doesn’t allow teachers to have their own equipment necessary for the lessons, it is worth mentioning that some schools have the necessary technologies that will help the teacher delivert heir lessons at a higher performance level. In these specific ways, teachers have the possibilities of selecting the amount of educational programs and the necessary teaching lessons for the learning process. It is common knowledge that a computer will never replace the teacher, but another teacher will replace the teacher who doesn’t have abilities to use a computer with a greater interest in new technologies
