Background. Ayurveda, a medical science that originated in India, is a holistic approach to health. Provides recommendations to sick people to improve their health. Objective of the study. To elucidate the Ayurveda study that defined all heart diseases with their symptoms, causes and methods of vindication and reveal the importance of Ayurvedic treatment and determine the causes of heart disease. Material and Methods. Ancient philosophy of Ayurvedic medicine, scientific treatise and articles. According to Ayurveda, panchakarma are techniques to eliminate toxic elements from the body. Results. Ayurveda can help cure heart disease. There is a decrease in high blood pressure, improved arterial elasticity, increased aerobic function, decreased high cholesterol and stress, etc. The benefits of Ayurvedic for heart disease are great. Conclusion. Ayurvedic treatments for heart disease are not only effective but also sustainable. They have no side effects. Heart problems have been addressed in detail in Ayurveda. |
