| Rezumat | ||||||
The implementation of the penal law in relation with the time involves the preliminary resolution of some problems regarding the determination of the incident law, and thus its implementation in the regulation of the relationships of social protection at this moment. Such problems occur currently in the process of implementation of the penal law. Theoretical knowledge of and the correct implementation in practice of the penal law regulations, will lead to respecting of the principle of lawfulness of the penal law and the assurance of the supremacy of the law. |
