Social and economic transformations pose a renovation of educational politics based on the principles of democracy and humanity. Under these conditions the reform of educational system from Republic of Moldova is from its significance and its importance a national problem. The quality of education is appreciated as an essential condition of the quality of life, reform that is needed in the society. In these conditions the educational experiences must keep and emphasis the traditional functions being at the same time receptive to new trends and changes. In this context we consider that it is necessary to know and appreciate the experiences and creativity of the university lecturers who activated in the period 1918 – 1940 in the high education system and who paid great attention to passing from the informative methods of teaching to a formative education. We considered necessary to underline the large expansion of activity of Dimitrie Gusti, G.G.Antonescu, Ş. Bîrsănescu and C. Narly.
