The purpose of the research in the given article is to identify some effective practical models for initial forming of teachers in Romanian literature and language, at seminars, renewed context of professionalization of the teaching career. The seminars complete all the knowledge learned in class, but for a higher practical efficiency of theirs, at the discipline Methodology of teaching Romanian Language and Literature we organize the similar lessons. We conclude that this method of teaching has a strong activation of students. In the first simulated teaching experiences philology students played the role of the teacher, one by one, in the front of colleagues, developing sequences of teaching activities. We believe that this teaching strategy based on role play / simulation, followed by analysis and discussion, it is very effective for initial training of Romanian Literature and Language in specialty seminars methods, as demonstrated in the given article. |
