The procedures of commercialization of the non-patented and non-patentable inventions offer high
results for the partners, mainly, for the customers, in the measure in which the technical-creative
contents thereof fall into the real requirements of the technical-scienti c progress, as well as in the
conditions in which between the partners there are set good relations. This is why they shall be as
soon as letter preoccupied with the restrictions, providing more the performances from the ef cient
utilization of these technical solutions in the production and commercialization. |
