This scientific publication includes a review of the impact of creating a full - cycle production on the stability of production, the quality and efficiency of product policy, in a situation of transition wine-making industry of the Republic of Moldova towards the new operating environment. This is creation of base queen cells without viral and antibacterial planting materials, strengthening the foundations of grape seedlings production highest biological categories, planting new vineyards arrays using the best clones of European and national selection, improvement of technological schemes of processing of grapes, fermentation of the wort, wine conditioning and distillers, as well as their bottling and packaging Increasing competition in the global market of alcoholic beverages leads to the fact that profits for all the logistics chain «grower- recycler of grape - exporter- importer-distributor» don’t have enough. The authors of the publication argued that in such circumstances, the best prospects will have the major wine companies, integrating all the links of the logistics channel. The publication provides examples of Moldavian wineries, provide the basis for such a full -cycle production. |
