In this article are described the modern tendencies of initial training of teachers. A teacher must be a professional, must identify his needs, must plan and develop his career during his all life, must have different competencies as scientifical, cultural, psycho-pedagogical, moral etc.competence is the capacity to deal efficiently with a series of situations by providing the necessary knowledge, in due time, having as an end identification and solving of problems. Pedagogical competence involves integrated complexes of knowledges, ability and skills. |
