Rezumat

Growing of competitive level between universities favor selective attitude of students and their potential in terms of preference for an institution of higher education to do their studies and increase their expectations on the institution chosen. In this context it is increasingly important for institutions to know and understand the expectations of current and prospective students. The challenges relate to the teaching quality activities and scientific research, as well as additional dimensions related to learning conditions, student services, schooling costs, and quality of student life. Assessment of student satisfaction results, as already mentioned, to identify strengths and weaknesses of the university and develop their strategies based on improving quality of service. Thus, one aim of student satisfaction surveys of university management is to provide feedback from students, allowing the adoption of measures to improve academic performance and attract students.
