В статье рассматривается структура литературного произведения с позиций авторского права. Автор выделяет элементы формы и элементы содержания литературного произведения, а также юридически значимые и безразличные элементы. Выделены элементы внутренней формы произведения и внешней, дана их юридическая оценка. Проведено различие между сюжетом и фабулой произведения.

The structure of literary composition from a perspective of law of copyright is regarded in this article. The author underlined the elements of form and elements of content of literary work and legally valid elements and elements without legal effect. The elements of inner and exterior form of literary work are underlined and their legal evaluation is given. The difference between the plot and story line of literary work is made.
