In the first decade of the XXI century was drafted and became a matter of utmost importance and debate national governments, international organizations and civil society as a whole, namely human trafficking. Human trafficking is one of the most popular and profitable antisocial phenomena, from the abolition of slavery until today. Due to criminalize social danger posed by the violation of rights and freedoms, human trafficking activities are generated by a different character, developing and proliferating often under poor permissive legislation or determined in confusion generated by economic, political, cultural, social. |
