Quality assessment in higher education must take into account economic criteria (effectiveness and efficiency) and social (equity) but also pedagogical (balance, designed as the system's ability to develop harmoniously all objectives related to knowledge) and conative order (commitment, designed as the system's ability to develop among students a real commitment to learn and / or act). Evaluation of the quality of an education system can not be limited to a socio-economic approach. While using the concepts of efficiency, effectiveness and equity can not appeal, they still imperfect allow to take into account all the components that are used in training systems. |
