The problem of «personnel policy» found its reflection in the concept of «human capital» and got a lot of publicity among local and foreign scientists in recent years. The article deals with the issues of improving human resources’ management policy of the international corporation (IC) “SI Group”, taking into account the specifics of its operations. The main goal of improving personnel management of IC is justified; local goals are structured (the tree is built). The functions and directions of managers’ work for implementation of personnel policy in the IC “SI Group” are formulated. |
