Rezumat

It is noted that the formation of an effective wage policy is one of the most important tasks of modern management, because itaffects the formation of labor potential.The classification of payment systems is grounded.Interests of employees and employers in wage setting are considered.Their positionsreferenced to the economic laws that affect decisions on remuneration are also considered.Ways to improve the wage system based on international experience are suggested.
