In this article are discussed the urgent tasks of strategic human resource management under the conditions of diversity for business cultures.Based on the study performed by the authors of the article at a number of enterprises in the Republic of Moldova are settled the key factors and conclusions of a successful activity in an intercultural environment. There are formed the conclusions about the need to develop the intercultural competence of managers and employees of the enterprises. |
