Alternating the periods of organizational development, stability and crisis becomes a reality in the economic activity of nowadays businesses. The preference to maintain business stability requires continuous training and crisis anticipation. External pressures direct companies to a decrease in the period of their life cycle, but their participatory management can mitigate this trend. The fundamental features of the company's long-term existence – the lack of detachment from reality, cohesion, indulgence and a conservative approach to business financing, determine their survival more than the financial advantages. In today's economy capital is not the main value, but the skills, abilities and knowledge of the personnel in general and management in particular. |
