By this article is treated the concept of freedom of artistic and scientific creation, the degree of awareness by the society of the importance of this right, as well as the role of the state in guaranteeing the exercise of freedom of creation through viable legal mechanisms. Also, it argues the necessity of the existence of this right and the contribution to the development of society in all spheres, social, economic, scientific. Consequently, freedom of creation represents an essential element of democratic society, which must be developed and brought to the public`s notice and exercised in the interest of the state. |
